Wonderful, a global AI solutions platform, has officially announced the launch of its operations and investments in Turkey. This AI agent platform, which offers integrated AI agent services, aims to transform companies’ customer service and internal processes.
Neyran Arslantürk appointed for Wonderful AI agent platform
Wonderful has appointed Neyran Arslantürk as General Manager of Turkey to establish and manage all of its operations in Turkey. Arslantürk has international experience in technology and market development. Having previously served as General Manager of Uber Turkey, he will lead the company’s growth strategy in Turkey.
Founded in early 2025 and rapidly growing, Amsterdam-based Wonderful announced a significant investment simultaneously with its Turkey launch. On November 11, the company secured a $100 million Series A round led by Index Ventures, with participation from leading investors such as Insight Partners and IVP. Additionally, with a previous $34 million seed investment, the total investment in the last 12 months has reached $134 million.
With its integrated AI agent services, Wonderful enables companies to create agents who deliver superior customer service in every language through channels like voice, chat, and email. These new-generation agents go beyond older chatbots. The platform states that it has developed human-like agents that can integrate with enterprise systems like CRM and ERP, provide 24/7 support to customers with zero wait time, and understand not only language and questions but also emotion.
The platform’s use cases are not limited to customer support. It is also rapidly expanding into new areas such as employee training, sales support, legal compliance, internal IT support, and onboarding processes. Adopting a “local first” approach, Wonderful Turkey aims to develop solutions that understand not only local languages but also culture and dynamics. Arslantürk stated that they will establish local teams by the beginning of 2026, bring operations to full capacity, and add the most talented people in the field of artificial intelligence to the team.
